What Sup - Episode 1 -

In this first episode of What SUP we meet David Brent and go paddleboarding for a chat on the water. He will talk about his experience on the stage before trying out the popular paddleboard yoga with Winny Clarke. We will hopefully learn how to relax on the water and not fall out of our boards too much!
